This policy explains what personal information Morocco My Trip collects, why we collect it and what you can ask us to do with it.
Who we are

What we collect
When you send the enquiry form, email us or message us on WhatsApp, we receive what you choose to send: usually your name, email address, travel dates, the number of travellers, and your message. The enquiry form does not send anything to our website: it opens WhatsApp on your device with your message written out, and it reaches us only when you press send. Your WhatsApp number and profile name come with it. If you book, we also need the details required to run your trip, such as the names of the travellers and where to pick you up.
Why we use it
- To answer your enquiry and send you a plan and a price.
- To organise and run your trip, including hotels, camps, guides and drivers.
- To keep the records we are required to keep by law.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Cookies and analytics
If you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the website: which pages they read, roughly where they are (country or city), the type of device and browser, and how they found us. We use this only to improve the site. Google Analytics does not log or store IP addresses, and we never use it to identify you or for advertising. If you reject, or ignore the banner, no analytics cookies are set. Full details are in our cookie policy.
Services we use
The website is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes technical information such as IP addresses to deliver the site and protect it from attacks. If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics, provided by Google, processes information about your visit on our behalf; see how Google uses information from sites that use its services (opens in a new tab). Google may process this information outside Morocco, including in the United States. If you contact us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp's own privacy policy also applies. When we book your trip, we share only the details needed with the hotels, camps, guides and drivers involved.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries that do not lead to a booking for up to 24 months, then delete them. Google Analytics data is kept for 14 months. Booking details are kept for as long as we need them to run your trip and to meet any legal obligations, and then deleted.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, to correct it or to have it deleted, by writing to hello@moroccomytrip.com. In Morocco, personal data is protected by Law 09-08 and overseen by the CNDP, the national data protection authority (opens in a new tab). If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you also have rights under the GDPR, including the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
