About Morocco My Trip

We plan trips across Morocco the way we would want to travel it ourselves: on the road, at your pace, with the right people at the wheel and the right door to knock on at night.

Meet Mohammed

Mohammed was born in the desert, where the road runs out and the dunes begin. For more than ten years he has travelled Morocco with visitors from all over the world, and he still plans every route as if he were taking his own family.

When you write to us, Mohammed reads your message. He draws the route, chooses the drivers, guides and places to stay, and stays in touch on WhatsApp from your first morning to your last night. If something changes on the road, he is the one who sorts it out.

Our story

Every trip, from the first line to the last night

Morocco My Trip is a travel venture based in Morocco. We plan ready-made tours and private trips, and this is how each one comes together.

  1. An old map of southern Morocco with a dark pin dropped near Marrakech

    A few lines

It usually starts with a short message. Two weeks in April. First time in Morocco. One of you wants the desert, the other hates long drives. That is enough for us to start drawing a route.

  2. A hand holding a compass in front of the earthen kasbah of Aït Benhaddou

    A route on paper

We send back a plan, day by day: the drives, the stops, where you sleep and the price per person. Then we change it until it reads like your trip and not ours.

  3. Jemaa el-Fnaa square in Marrakech at dusk, busy with food stalls and people

    The first morning

Your driver meets you at the airport, the port or your riad door. From then on the car is yours. Stop for a photo, for mint tea, for the view nobody put in the plan.

  4. Red earth villages and green fields below the mountains of the Dades Valley

    The long road

Over the High Atlas, down through the kasbah valleys, out to where the tarmac gives up and the dunes begin. Morocco changes every few hours, and the route is built so you feel each change.

  5. A palm-thatch shelter with rugs and cushions on the orange dunes near Merzouga

    The last night

A riad in the medina, a camp in the sand or a guesthouse in the hills. Then the road back to where we found you, with a little more sand in your shoes.

On the road with you

The crew behind every route

  • Licensed drivers

Every driver on our routes is licensed to carry travellers in Morocco, and drives these roads for a living: the mountain passes, the desert tracks and the long straight stretches in between.

  • Licensed guides

In the medinas, at the ruins and on the mountain trails, you walk with licensed local guides who know the lanes, the stories and the shortcuts.

  • Handpicked riads and hotels

We choose every riad, hotel and guesthouse on our routes ourselves, for the welcome, the location and a good night's sleep, not for the number of stars.

What we hold to

Four promises, kept simple

  1. 01

    A price before you pay

Every plan comes with its price per person and a list of what is included. You see the full cost before you confirm.

  2. 02

    Your pace, your stops

Book a ready-made tour as it is, or have a private trip planned from scratch. Either way, your group sets the pace.

  3. 03

    A small deposit

30% by bank transfer holds your driver and your nights. The rest is paid on the first day of the trip.

  4. 04

    An answer within a day

Write by email or WhatsApp, every day from 09:00 to 18:30. We usually reply within a few hours, and always within 24.

Where we start

Four cities, one country of roads

Our tours leave from four cities. Private trips can start wherever you land.
